This page contains J/24 District 14 information for the Organizing Authorities of regattas which have been included as part of the J/24 Texas Circuit, or as part of the District 14 Series, as follows:
- J/24 Texas Circuit: If a regatta is part of the J/24 Texas Circuit (see list here), special rules typically apply to J/24 competitors. These special rules are communicated to the competitors via addendums to the NOR and Sailing Instruction which regatta organizers should include as part of their NOR and Sailing Instructions. Please see these NOR and SI addendums below.
- District 14 Series: If a regatta has been selected to be part of the District 14 Series (see list here), there are no special rules for competitors, but there is a minimum set of qualifications required for the regatta to be scored as part of the District 14 Series. Please see these qualifications below.

J/24 Texas Circuit
If a regatta is part of the J/24 Texas Circuit, the results of the regatta will have an impact on qualification to next year’s J/24 World Championship and therefore special rules apply to J/24 competitors. If you are a regatta organizer in charge of writing the NOR and/or Sailing Instructions for a regatta which is part of the J/24 Texas Circuit, please download the NOR and SI addendums from the links below, and please include them as part of the NOR and Sailing Instructions for your event. Examples of how to do this are shown below.

District 14 Series Racing
If you are a regatta organizer in charge of a regatta which is part of the District 14 Series, you do not need to include any special language in your NOR or Sailing Instructions. You may, if you wish, add the following paragraph to your NOR under the ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY section:

Please note that there is a minimum set of qualifications for your event to be scored as part of the District 14 Series, as follows:
Regatta Qualification
The minimum requirement for a regatta to qualify as a J/24 District 14 Series Regatta is the following:
- Regatta organizers register a one-design class for the J/24 and successfully score multiple participating boats for at least one race in the one-design class
- Regatta organizers provide the J/24 class with a one-design start
- The results are published online in a generally available online location for viewing and for results verification after the event.
Rule Waivers
For those District 14 events that are not part of the J/24 Texas Circuit, certain Class Rules and Texas Circuit requirements are waived as specified within the District 14 Notice of D14 Series
