Welcome to J/24 District 14, home of the J/24 Texas Circuit and the District 14 Series. The following documents define racing in our district:

• Notice of Overall Racing: This document contains common information related to both the J/24 Texas Circuit and the District 14 Series.
  
• District 14 Notice of Series: The District 14 Series provides J/24 owners the opportunity to race in many regattas throughout District 14. The goal of the Series is to promote participation at local regattas in District 14, and to allow competitors to be scored as a series by competing in local regattas. Racing on the District 14 Series is more informal compared to the J/24 Texas Circuit, and it allows new competitors to prepare for future progression.
• J/24 Texas Notice of Circuit: The J/24 Texas Circuit represents our traditional flagship seven (7) regatta District 14 Championship. This is the most competitive opportunity to race your J/24 in District 14.

If a regatta is part of the J/24 Texas Circuit, the results of the regatta will have an impact on qualification for the J/24 World Championship and therefore special rules apply to J/24 competitors. These special rules are communicated to the competitors via addendums to the NOR and Sailing Instruction which regatta organizers should include as part of their NOR and Sailing Instructions. Please see these NOR and SI addendums below.

• J/24 Texas Circuit NOR Addendum: The J/24 Texas Circuit NOR Addendum contains information relevant J/24 competitors which should be included as part of the regatta’s NOR.
• J/24 Texas Circuit SI Addendum: The J/24 Texas Circuit SI Addendum contains information relevant J/24 competitors which should be included as part of the regatta’s Sailing Instructions.
